Logitech G15 Keyboard Problem

my keyboard's messed up right now. some of the buttons are weirdly placed on different keys. example: pressing shift+2 will get " instead and vice versa. there're some other keys that are assigned incorrectly as well but theres too much and i don't wanna list them all down. i've tried dwonloading microsoft's key assign program thingy but it doesn't seem to work.

so my question is anyone knows if i can send my keyboard to be repaired by Logitech if i didn't buy the keyboard from M'sia? coz i bought my keyboard when I was studying in Melbourne and i've brought my whole pc back after finish studying.
