What is your warranty for Dead Pixel on L1952S. I bought it on december 2006. I have a black line which is more than 15 cm long across my screen.

Upgrading to Vista

Please help me. I have bought a PC System with you on Dec 2nd and was told by your staff that I am able to upgrade to Vista when I buy XP Media Center Edition. Unfortunately that wasn't true when I try to validate throught microsoft website.

When I try to validate it says

According the the terms and condition, the part number needs to be as follows:-

Mine is part number is not listed there. Why is that????

Please help!

I contacted Microsoft and they can't help me unless I meet the terms.

While this is a while stock last program, please solve this for me as soon as possible
