Build up my credit history

Long story short,

- blacklisted ( car used by third party / credit card)
- manage to settle all ( car already took by bank and i pay the rest / settle all credit card overdue include interest)
- after 5 months try to apply credit card - rejected
- apply rhb easy loan - rejected
- now try maybank personal loan since my salary used maybank account - pending for 2 weeks with no feedback. I expected this one also rejected..

according from the bank guy they said i have no credit history or credit rating so bank wont give me loan because of tat..

then what shud i do to build up my credit history?

i am malay and rarely speak in english. i do aware la english is essential like when it comes to interview. sometimes i feel because of effective communication some people got hired. like in my place right now, in 2 years service he already promotoed to be sr engineer. but let me tell you he know nothing about technical.but he got communication skill.

i want to improve but i dunno where to start.. so i start the tered here la..

Hi..please share ur opinion..currently ayam working as engineer and ayam already bored with current job..specifically ayam able to do wiring,single and three phase,design schematic diagram..ayam also able to perform fabrication using mig and smaw..but no cert la..ayam learn by myself..then ayam can do autocad in 2d and 3d modelling..plc programming in ladder and grafcet but not yet pro la..

Please give sincere opinion coz ayam know in here a lot succesful people can give one or two advises..thank you
