Hi guys this is the problem i m facing

Problem:
A few users is accessing the NAS using AutoCAD, and i was testing out the user/group security policy in the NAS webpage. When i save the settings, all users haven been kicked out from the NAS, that was still ok. After that i reset the NAS setting to factory default, now users cant save any files back into the NAS due to the user account is considered still accessing those files via AutoCAD. Now all files opened in the NAS is READ-ONLY format and is considered being used or write protected. How can i kill the process handler in this situation?

Anyone come across such problem and able to solve it without having to backup the whole NAS and format it?

i m guess its LINUX problem here
