Below is my profile :

I currently have 1 service apartment loan amount Rm 300k, monthly pay Rm 15xx for 30years. thinking to lease out this service apartment in future. the second house is for own stay. This service apartment loan with share name with my dad (my dad is nearly 55 retired man with 2 landed house on hand - loan settle few years back .

Currently no any car loan as I m driving my old saga.
my currently salary is RM 4K
my ccris is good and clean.

(Plan to loan together with my brother ,no commitment at this moments and salary about 3k, 26 year old )

I'm at early of 30 years old thinking to buy second house for me to stay with my family and wife ,5pax . Planned to go for 500k house , in this situation ,is that possible for us to get 90%loan ?

Hi ,my post might be out of topic and not related with LYN but this scammer ensogo makan alot and now run to singapore

Previously there is alot problem with Ibuy ,Living social and Mydeal , in this year ,everything seem better after change name to ensogo

But from start Beginning of april ,they stop payment for all seller and today when we visit to thier office only found out that they quietly close down thier office in menara hapseng 2 , however ,thier website still operate as usual and receiving order from customers .

Toshiba malaysia warranty claiming - BAD

Few month back ,i have bought 1 LCD TV from electrical shop at RM1700 ,after 2 -3 month ,the TV spoiled ,color fading and got double shadow

then i report to electrical shop and that shop help me report to toshiba ,after few day ,the toshiba staff come my house snap photo and write a report and told me ,they will submit this to thier company and they will come repair it asap

Then keep waiting and waiting ,1 month gone (my astro bill cost rm160 ALSO gone) ,i call directly to toshiba this times and the staff say will help me make another report again

after few day ,another staff coming and told us ,the part to repair this TV need to order from overseas , ok lo ,another 1 week pass ,i call them again ,they told me the part still not yet arrived and they offer me to replace my faulty TV with another new TV ,i checked with shop outside and that TV cost RM1300-1400 (i lose RM300 from my original price ) ,then NVM ,i also agree with it coz i m worrying that i have to wait another month

next day . i call again to check status ,WTF ,the staff told me that my report number is not exist in their system (say someone already cancel the report )then after few minute ,told me they have found back and promise me will deliver new TV to me asap

until YTD ,i call again ,i ask them why still not yet deliver new TV to me ,guess what happen ,they told me ,my TV model is last year old model and not worth so much and in order for toshiba replace new TV for me ,i have to pay extra RM200 ,i was like WTF ,i keep argue with them ,but their staff keep saying that my TV is old model and i should accept this and appreciate what toshiba gave me .

WTH , u offer me 1300-1400 TV and i have already lose RM300 and also my astro bill cost RM160 and i still have to pay extra RM200 for it ? then what is the purpose of toshiba offering 2 years manufacturing warranty and also 1 years insurance ? what if everytime i send warranty ,u also ask me to pay RM200 extra to get another new TV ,then how many RM200 i should pay .

just to share with everyone my bad experience with toshiba malaysia ,pls think twice before buying thier product ,you will regret kao kao

ps- last time my sony TV warranty claiming is extremely good ,today complain ,2moro lorry come take my TV ,the 1-2 day later they will send back my TV to me

Nissan Sunny RPM high

My nissan sunny recently have some problem

First ,although in idle mode ,the RPM also maintain @ 2k ,if i switch on aircond ,it will drop to 1.2k ,after while ,raise back to 2k (keep going up and down)

at the same time ,the car temperature also increase

may i know what is the problem and how much to repair ?

i have bought 1 DELL notebook from 1 of the seller from LYN almost 8 month ago and when i buy ,he already extend the warranty to 3 years for us ,sound good right

recently my notebook have minor problem and i have send a report to dell ,but dell told me my notebook registered under 1 company and required me to provide the company name and owner name for verification purpose

i was like WTF and directly pm the seller ,but the seller din reply my pm and provide me any solution to solve the ownership problem even i saw him online

can anyone advise me what to do ?

my hostel are using this chiplak modem given by tm and recently dunno which idiot go and press the reset button ,and after that cant connect to internet

can anyone guild me how to connect it ,step by step

from my limited knowledge ,i know ,i should set my modem to bridge mode and configure the setting from my wireless router .

i have reset modem again and try set the modem to bridge mode ,but i still not able to use ler .
