[WTA] Buying treadmill, which brand is good?

To all sifu here, I am thinking of buying a treadmill and a cross trainer for home use. Have been to a few shop such as Fitness Concept, Healthstream and Fakasima (not sure correct or not).

From my visit, it seem Healthstream has the cheapest treadmill with comparable spec. Anyone use the treadmill from Healthstream before? Any comment?

Or anyone can give some recommendation? My budget is a round RM3k, can stretch a little. It will be more of a casual excising, and I am around 90kg. I would prefer if the treadmill has power incline function as well.

Hope all sifu here can give me some advice.

TQ

House extension Approval from MBSA

Hi all, need the expert to help here. The story is:

I am currently trying to buy a second hand house with extension done on it. The extension include the front wall of the house extended out, car porch roof, rear house wall extended out, all on the ground floor only. When I ask the vendor to provide the proof for the approval of the extension, he only able to provide the following:

1. Receipt that he pay for all the deposit required to MBSA
2. Letter from MBSA for "Kebenaran Memulakan Kerja"
3. Plans that with approved stamp from MBSA
4. Receipt of refund for "Cagaran Pelan Tapak Rumah Dan Cagaran Meletak Bahan Binaan"

When I ask whether there is any approval certificate for the completed extension after MBSA came to inspect the extension, he said MBSA did not issue any. He claimed the refund (item 4) is a proof the MBSA is approving the completed extension, if not, MBSA will not do the refund to him.

Is he telling the truth? If he is not truthful, can I reapply to get the approval? What is the process and cost involved?

TQ

<WTA> Streamyx 4Mb package

Well, I have been using Streamyx 1Mb package for almost 2 years now, living in a condo in PJ. The speed and stability of the connection is kind of getting quite bad recently. I had made complaint to TM, after many round of "ding dong ding dong", they kind of give up cited they can't do much because the problem is basically line congestion.

So it got me thinking, if I get the 4Mb package instead, would it give me a better speed and stability? Since now there is this Blockbuster package from TM, the deal actually seem not bad.

For those of you who are using the 4Mb package, do you mind sharing your experiece in it? Good? Bad? Worth it or not? etc...

Thank you.
