Role: Sales Designer

Remuneration:
1) RM1800 - RM2500 Basic Salary w/ Sales commission (Uncapped); or
2) Fully commission basis which is even more lucrative, provided willing to work passionately.

Requirements: Solely for Malaysians only.

Description
1) To recommend to customers kitchen/cabinetry systems and space planning solutions; and prepare quotation based on customer enquiries.
2) Encouraged to create practical and trendy cabinet designs based on customers' needs.
3) To provide simple sketch and plan layouts after discussion with customers on their cabinetry needs and to work closely with our in-house 3D designer for realistic 3D plans production
4) To perform site visit and supervision of cabinet installations.

Location: No 10-A , Jalan PU 7/2 , Pusat Bandar Puchong Utama, 47160 Puchong

Role: Assist salespersons on 3D drawings (using KD max software) for all types of cabinets/room views. Basic training will be provided.

Remuneration: Negotiable (depend on experience) . EPF, Socso & staff benefits will be provided.

Requirements:
Able to sketch and draw using KD max software. PC, Software & Basic training/guidance will be provided.
Able to measure and redraw existing constructions, spaces, parts or components.
Carry out drawing amendments as required when needed.

E. Excel Products (MLM)

Recently, my relatives had been promoting E. Excel health supplement products to my family quite aggressively.

I am not sure what kind of benefits they provide, to the extent that they claim these products boost immunity system, good for kids and even suppress cancer...

Are these products as good as claimed? I find them VERY expensive actually. A pack of "cactus juice" is around RRM500+.

I myself is a bit skeptical with MLM products, and now my relatives have been pushing us real hard to try them, so I wonder if you guys (instead of the hardcore E-Excel members) could enlighten me a bit about their benefits (or not)? Thanks in advance.
