            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have bought a sub-sale leashold Condominium in KL end of last year, and recently the lawyer call me up and informed that some documents was rejected by the land office due to the documents is not valid as the DBKL officer was resigned and these documents have to be arrange for another officer to sign again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did anyone come accross about this problem before?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can anyone tell me roughly how long I gotta wait for? as it already took about 4 months from the day of submmission for the application of Consent, it&amp;#39;s means that i gotta start over again and wait for another few months for the application of consent?  &lt;!--emo&amp;:blink:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='blink.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you very much?</description>
