Hello Sifus,

Newbie here currently interested to purchase a project that is still new & under construction.

Just wondering if there's any website around that can help with the analysis to determine whether it's a good investment? Is there any website anybody can recommend to get records like nearby similar-type units past transaction records, airbnb yield average of nearby similar condo units etc that sorta data? Do we have that kinda websites?

P/S: I know that can search brickz for latest transaction record, but as mentioned, new project mah. Do I need to search the names of existing similar condos around the project area and then research one by one?

Been visiting iproperty, propertyguru, theedgeproperty etc... But these sites seem to be built more for subsale/resale market. New launch projects usually don't have much details except for launch price n basic info lol.
