LHDN Late Submission Appeal

Hi there,

I was recently charged with LHDN late submission fee of RM 6k+++, I submitted on 31st Aug, but system was kicking me out, so I came in on 1st Sept morning 9 am I logged in and paid.

However, now they are charging me for late submission.

What can I do?

Will appeal letter worked?

Any experience?

Hi guys,

I have a 3 storey house.

Unifi 300 Mbps at the moment

And I have to also share that I am currently connecting my CCTV decoder ethernet to my BTU/Modem.

My modem totally suck.

How can I extend my 5 GHz network to my other floors?
What would be the best router?

Please keep in mind, I will need ethernet ports in the modem to connect my CCTV decoder.

Q window vs JTL window noise proof

Hi guys. I am planning to get either Q window or JLT to change my windows to noise insulation type.

JTL - 2 years warranty, slightly cheaper
Q-windows - lifelong warranty, rubber 10 years, costly.

Q WINDOWS looks ok, but JLT was criticizing Q windows that they are faking the products are from German, its actually from China. And it seems Q windows always cheat their clients and total poor customer service.

JTL product looks good too.

Please share your experiences!

Cyberjaya Commercial Property

Hi guys,

I have been surveying to buy a shoplot in cyberjaya. Surprisingly all the owners are mostly selling at purchased price or lower. Im talking office lots, glomac pelita row, shaftsbury square and so.

Is there a reason that they are unloading and not holding, cause they are selling at very bad time, but these guys are supposedly strong investors then most likely dun prefer to sell during the low tide of real estate scene.

Any reason? Is this only in cyberjaya.

Like an example, shaftsbury, there was a lot recently sold at 600k while the purchased was 750k, any particular reason that shaftsbury not going well?

Should i buy now? Will the market bounce back?

Is cyberjaya dying???

But its rare that conti has this size, so i need to switch to 205/55 for cheaper tires.

Im getting Sentury at RM 190, Bridgestone at RM 220 and Conti at RM 270 per piece.

Which should i take?

Renovation Deposit for Gate and Guarded

But my developer is insisting that I shud pay RM 3k security deposit for renovation, i own a 2.5 storey house, duno if that helps.

They said its within the agreement.

Can i refuse to pay??

Im running an online business, and I bought this app from MaherPost to control all my postings and automate it.

I managed to complete the facebook access token request and activation by using Bookmarklet method. They suppose to do it, but the app company will need to login into my facebook and I really dont want that.

However, recently, the token expired, and following diagram is the warning that is shown within the app.

So now MaherPost guys, with their absolutely maniacing customer service wants to reloging to solve the problem. I dont want that. What can i do please??

How can I integrate this app within facebook developer center?

FD or Investment Fund?

Hi guys,

I have some cash, was running at 3.45 FD rate p.a.

But I have two properties, combine loan of 1.2 Mil, interest at 4.2% p.a.

So I went to Maybank yesterday, there was this Relationship Manager (RM) who adviced me to invest in funds and he will run it for me, and according to him, he said I can make more than FD and more then the home interest. So nominal rate of 5% can be made, and anything above that would be tough.

However, some years ago, my dad never made anything when he invested in HSBC, it was absolute rubbish.

So im very sceptical of this, please advice.

Im not a finance savvy, so please talk me like a kindergarten child.

Problem with NEWLY delivered home

Hi guys,

I recently bought a corner lot, 2.5 stories, link house and received the keys last weekend.

The house honestly was delivered in poor quality. I was heartbroken cause the house cost me 815k.

Some of the major problems:
1. Dirty
2. Wall paint all over the house is dirty with marks
3. Pipes are shacky in the kitchen and bathrooms, no cement filling surrounding the pipes
4. Tiles have holes in between the joints, some has white cement and some has black cement, and some has paint mark all over it
5. The cement in my balcony are patched together, discolored, bumpy and some is coming off...
6. Some walls are uneven
7. Wall cracks all over the place

and many many more defects.

I have complained to the developer and I dont know if they will solve it all. Just to be sure from my side, they are legally obliged to deliver a brand new house without any defects, or are these all normal and we have to fix it on our own??

Please advice guys, how can I assure that the developer fix all my problems, what can I do to scare the living shit out of them??

Hi Guys. Hope all of you are fine.

Me and my wife recently had a baby, few months old now. Looking at recent happenings, we are very worried.

So we are planning to migrate, a bit on our background:

1. I am a PhD in Engineering from the UK, worked in the UK for a shortwhile and returned in 2013.
2. My wife is a medical officer and currently practicing.

I would like to seek for advice on where to migrate, Australia or NZ, and my queries are in term of:
1. Job opportunity?
2. Cost of Living?
3. Complexity in getting a PR?

I went through some weight reduction products, one was from NUSkin, TR 90. But I dont want to take it. It is scary...

I can control my food, im planning to hit the gym starting from tmr.

But for dinner, can you guys advice any food replacement/fat burners, example from herbal life or any other brands, that had worked for u.

Guys. Recently, reps from NUSkin explained their products to me, specifically on R2 Yspan anti ageing. I would like to get this for my mum, cause she is over 60 and I would like her to be energetic as always. She has vein problems, and recently fractured her leg bone.

So she is not in a very good shape... I need something to boost her up, vitamins and stuff.

What would you guys recommend, have u got anything from your parents??

Im not sure of this R2 Yspan, its MLM, but then Amway is MLM, Im only concerned of the side effects and if it is effective.
