I have a few questions regarding this:-<br /><br />1) Will i be able to avoid the tax if i declare it below RM500? (Please note since i bought it at an auction, and it is a second hand item, it is rather cheap)<br />2) I heard the helmet might be blocked at the custom since it has no SIRIM approval. How can i avoid this? Do declaring the item as a gift settles my problem?<br /><br />Anyone has the experience before?
