5PM i meet a indian at damasara, i was siting outside chilling one person only, he was riding motorbike and stop beside staring me holding ipad n iphone. He wearing smart and casual, he come toward me, firstly he said " do u know where is xxx shop". I respond " i dont know maybe u can ask the staff inside" he goes away. 1 min later he came back said " can i borrow your iphone, my phone is out of credit, i want call my sister she was working near by, i want find her. He give me 10 buck, I seen his smart and looking his sister eventually I lend iPhone for him, he giving me this 0192225072 I help him dialing and press call, passing to him 1 sec later, From my angel my view i see the phone is not calling, he keep pretend having conversation with the sister and walk away, I sense something wrong, act quick grab back my phone and said to him I got more important thing to do, make a reason only grab back my phone, he still not giving up came back toward me can I borrow your phone again.

I'm asking why it because I'm going to attach a fish-eye lens on back, it's look weird when attach on 3gs the photo look un-finished fisheye,

if attach on iphone4 flat back camera, it fit perfectly.

My question is transport traffic polis able to saman?
