Bonded with MNC company

Dear all,

I’m currently bonded with existing company for 1 year. The bonding is for buy over from previous company.

But the thing is I’m not inform of the bonding until my 1st day on the job. HR pass me an additional bonding letter to sign during on boarding. I’m left with no choice but to sign since I have already resigned and it’s my 1st day of work.

The working condition is less than ideal after working for almost 6months and I would like to tender my resignation. Was checking with HR if the bonding was pro rated and was informed no. The bonding is fix for 1 year, anything less than that I would have to pay the full bond.

So is there any advise on what I should do now? Coz I feel that the bond is not fair in the first place without informing me prior to joining and now it’s not even pro rated.

PC could not detect LCD TV as 2nd display

My previous desktop(Windows XP) was able to connect to my LCD TV using VGA cable as the 2nd display nicely until recently I switch to a new desktop(Windows 7 pro).

Once connected I tried detecting my Sony LCD TV but to no avail

I tried different resolution as suggested through other site but still not working. Current resolution on the desktop is 1680x1050 I even tried 1280x800 but still not working.

I even tried to plug off the monitor cable and just leave the VGA cable and start up the desktop but it still can't detect the LCD TV.

Might it be my new desktop VGA port faulty? I'm sure the VGA cable and my LCD TV is fine because I just tested them on my old desktop.

Any advise would be highly appreciated
