Car alarm has being cut...

Recently i park my car at my friends house... got a thief come and break my car... and he also cut my car alarm receiver... (i am using 2 way alarm system... but i was in KL sit my friends car...) when i reach back i am weird... why my remote warning me that my remote cant connect to my car... i checked my car walao... pecah cermin... inside my friends house? with cctv too? and the footage did show got police car passby when he climb my friends house... lets put it aside...
Now is he brutally pull my alarm receiver and the result... the cable is pluck off from the receiver... can i stick it back and run as normally? or i need to change the receiver?
any recomended place that shop can fix this problem with minimal charge?
now i stationed at JB Larkin... Please let me know the pricing and what to do about it...

I have searched for few shops in KL and Klang for original game... but i noticed that most of them told me no ori or their original seems like fake original... (they say is original but the DVD feels like not original look...)
can recommend where i can buy original game with reasonable price?

I checked with my ISP here. They say can upgrade to 2mb (since Unifi and others not available for our apartment...)
I wanna ask, if i am 1mb user and want to change to 2mb user. do i need the TM guy come and fix another new line at my house? i heard some of my friend say they just give us 2mb account and dun need to worry about the area dun have support or un-available...
I am confused with the stupid Shitmyx customer care... call 100 say can support... go to tm register say not available... ask tm technician say no port already... 3 different stupid answer...
