I have a USB Flash Drive 8GB and we all know once plugged to PC it won't show exactly 8GB. My problem is that when I tried to format it, the capacity only shows 6.2GB. Anyone know the fix for this? I have tried normal format, diskpart and EaseUS, still no use.

VGA vs DVI Monitor Display

I have a monitor that only supports DVI Dual Link & VGA, but my desktop's graphic card can support all except VGA while I only have VGA cable for my monitor. So what I did was buy a HDMI to VGA converter and plug in my VGA cable to the monitor, I am wondering if there are any significant differences between these 2. If there are, I plan to buy DVI cable instead of using this converter.
