Hi all sifus, I'm considering to buy an Ink Tank printer.
Been surveying on these 4 brands ink tank printers :
Canon PIXMA G3010
Epson EcoTank L3250
HP 415
BROTHER DCP-T420W

Any sifus currently using any of these model printers?
Need some advice and reviews from u all🥰
I need the printer mainly for printing Colors Photos and kids school paperwork.
Hope to get some advice and reviews from u all before get the printer.

Hello girls and guys, my new house is in renovation but because of GST, i'm rushing for survey on home appliance so that if $$ can make it, i will try to buy those big home appliance first. Now need to decide on Fridge and washing machine. Can u all give me opinion on which brand and model should i consider? Inverter or non-inverter is better?
Now in my list for Washing machine is Panasonic 16kg model NAFS16G3. Anyone using this now?

Plaster Ceiling Price

Hello all sifus here, the plaster ceiling company quoted me the price of whole house plaster ceiling, excluded 2 kids room. But the total cost is out of my expectation. Anyone of u got doing plaster ceiling recently? Mind to share with me the price?

Please advise on Changing features of house.

Anyone can advise on the cost of changing some features of the house?
The house not yet finish built and we heard that some ppl say we can actually ask the developer to change some of the items like water tank, frame, glass or plaster ceiling etc.
So i call the developer and they quote the price as below:
To change mild steel staircase railing to Standard Stainless Steel, they charge RM2640.00
(The house is double storey house)
To Change 200 to 300 water tank, they charge more RM330.00
To change N/A aluminium frame and clear glass TO MB frame & dark tinted glass, we need to pay more RM 3850.00
Advise please on the price we need to pay extra, is it normal price?

Hello , i'm new member here and need all sifu to help me answer some question in buying a house.
If the property purchase price is 440k and if bank loan is 85%, can anyone help me to estimate how much i would need to prepare for all those legal and lawyer fees? As i know it is quite a big amount .
So, help me please.
