A friend of mine has recently had an accident of barrier fall on his car. The management of this company does not allow cctv footage of the incident.

My friend waited for few weeks and email stating not compensating in full.

What are your thoughts?

He told me the condo was managed by this company- MAJUMERIT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD.

This is the first time seeing 1 ⭐️ more than 5 ⭐️ reviews 😅😅

I'm not a newbie in property investing; having owned Sentul, Mk, Desapark, Taman desa, Cheras, Sg long, OUG, and have dealt with many property management company. Some are really good ones will make your property still look new even after 10 years, but there are some really below average ones which really make your 2 year condo like 10 years..

This one which make me started a topic... has a very questionable background. Does not even have a corporate office and even able to manage FEW places. Couldn't find any information from google. As they are continuing hiring in a few platform I assume they are expanding their Care and Love to other place. Owners do your own due diligence.
