Hi guys!

I would like to buy a new CPU for internet surfing and some videos viewing too. This CPU would be connected directly to my LCD TV which acts as the monitor thus, I would like to get a slim CPU. I don't know much about the specs so could any of you guys share some opinions on brand and price?

I just want to use it to play MP3, surf the internet, and view videos That's all so maybe a low end CPU is enough for me. Do share here

Specs:
Brand:
Price:
Where to get:

Trade in Savvy to Persona SE

Hi guys...

I own a 2006 Metallic Grey Proton Savvy AMT and this December it will be 2years old. I plan to trade it with Proton Persona SE. Any remaining debit balance (considering the low trade in value) will be added onto the new Persona loan. Is it possible to do so? Can anyone tell me more about it? Or can contact me directly via email or mobile:

HMLithman@GMail.Com
018-2003004 (in case digits are not allowed, my number is: zero one eight, two hundred, three hundreed, four!)

Money/Salary vs Authority/Position

Person A holds an entry level position and earns $1900.00/mo (second highest pay on the level when some of us shared our pay info)

Person B holding the same position earns $2200.00/mo (highest pay on the level when some of us shared our pay info)

Interestingly, we found out that one of our supervisors (a level higher than us) earns $2000.00/mo only.

Which one is more important to you?

High salary on a lower level which means you earn handsome money although with no authority
or
High position but with a lower salary which means you have the authority although the salary is comparable to lower position

HELP ME PLEASE!

Guys, previously I've already got DLINK DSL-500T Modem Router.
Now, I've bought DLINK DIR-300 Wireless Router so that I could surf wireless internet from my laptop.
To operate the Wireless Router, it needs to be connected to an existing modem, since I'm using modem router, it requires me to turn the UPnP and some settings from the existing router to be turned off. I've done those, can surf from PC but laptop still can't detect wireless connection.
The problem is my laptop can't detect the wireless router although I can surf the internet from my PC which gets the internet that run from the modem router and wireless router. Can someone help me?

Cheap and Reasonable Laptop

Hi guys! I plan to buy a laptop, just for internet purposes like surfing the net, chatting and watching online videos. I'm looking for a cheap (hopefully the cheapest) yet good in performance for Internet-purposes (no games as I don't game at all).

I saw few laptops sold at around RM1.8 (HP Compaq laptop) and I wonder if that's the cheapest in town?

Here are the specs for the above:

Compaq Presario F731AU Notebook PC
FreeDOS; AMD Turion(tm) 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology TL-58 (1.9 GHz, 512 KB+512 KB L2 Cache); 512MB 667MHz / max to 2GB DDR2 Memory (512 x 1 pcs); 15.4" TFT WXGA high definition widescreen LCD panel with brightview technology; 120GB HDD; DVD +/- RW Double Layer Drive; 802.11b/g; NVIDIA GeForce 7000M KB160PA 1,799.00

Usually I use Intel-based PC, so I wonder if anyone could tell me the equivalence of AMD Turion(tm) 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology. Is it same as Intel Duo Core? Really appreciate your help!
