My target customer is mostly Weddings and event. my secondary target is for Business (will be primary target by 2014). Imagine you a customer looking for a video product service for weddings or business and try to look around my website.

Where good place to post job online?

Posting jobs online like Star, JobStreet....etc can be very expensive. i have limited knowledge on where to post job online for contracts and freelance (or may full-time as well). I just fired one of my stuff due bad discipline. Now im looking for an urgen job post for video editor and videograper. can u guys help me list down good website i can post? besides olx.com and majalah.com

2.5k BlackMagic Camera for Wedding

hello guys... i have 5D mark iii for a number of months for wedding videos, i have been using it awhile, i can say it is superb camera. but it has its limitation when its not hacked....such as overexposed or underexposed, which is REALLY annoying. also focus can be an issue (simply because live event is fast pace). Especially for a single videographer like me, recording that perfect moment can be really difficult when you have to rush through the shutter and aperture..... i believe BlackMagic is less prominent when it comes to overexposed or underexposed....

anyone have ever use BlackMagic camera for live occasions? is it better than HDSLR? its still a new product, no friend of mine is using BlackMagic yet. Share your thoughts here for those who own BlackMagic Camera.

PS:im planning to buy blackmagic pocket simply because it takes forever to edit raw, unless client willing to pay more for the result.

Google Adwords vs Facebook Ads

i just started google ads yesterday. i have almost no idea how to use it besides adding keywords.. only had 2 clicks and cost me RM17.. but suddenly i have traffic to my site increased by 100% from previous day...

btw, anyone who have experienced in marketing do drop me an advice for local business, Facebook Ads or Google Ads? which is better and worth the money to invest?
