Hi,

I have a friend who got scammed by a Facebook Seller. The big mistake he has done is paying in full transfer to that seller maybank account. The days later, the seller send an email asking to pay another sum of money due to custom halt in KL. This straight away become suspicious to scam alike.

Dear fellow citizens, Is there anyway to cancel and divert back that sum of money since we know the Maybank details?

What action should he take?

Hi Forumers,

Kindly ask for suggestion for adding fans for my newly bought CM690 III Green Chasis, my intention was to build a green theme lighting rig.
But there's this Airflow category where there's Normal and Static Pressure type which i'm confuse about which fan i should install and how the air flow will go.

I also want to not that I haven't bought any air cooler for my processor yet as I'm planning to use the Intel stock cooler. (don't want to spend too much yet plus i dont do any overclocking)

I'm currently looking at CORSAIR AIR SERIES SP140 12CM LED CASING FAN & COOLER MASTER SICKLE FLOW X 12CM CASING FAN (Both Green)

Any opinion/suggestion are welcome

1) I have come down to these options for mobo;
- MSi H97M-G43
- MSi Z97-G55 SLI
- ASRock Extreme 3/4
Basically, I just need 4slot Ram, SLi ready (in case for future)

2) Processor I'll go for Xeon 1231v3

3) Kindly ask for recommendation on what PSU is recommended for SLi in the future (in case)

4) Basic Water Cooling Heatsink (Enthusiast looks as Air cooling looks bulky)

I will be bringing over my GTX970, Hyper X Ram & CM 690 III so this 2 I don't need to buy.

Motherboard - Acer Motherboard (don't know what model but it's from Acer Veriton)
Ram - 8GB (4GB x 2) Hyper X FURY Memory DDR3 1844Mhz
Graphic Card - Leadtek GTX760 OC 2GB
Harddisk - 3TB (1TB x 3) Western Digital Blue HDD
Casing - CoolerMaster USP 100 Black

I've ordered myself a MSI GTX970 4G 100 Million Edition (Black/Green) due to the fact of the color appeal.
I've also interested in the Sharkoon T28 (Black/Green) to fit with the graphic card appeal but don't know where to purchase it. (any local selling this?)
I've also have a 2TB Western Digital Green HDD as secondary storage (To replace the Blue HDD as I plan to sell it off), And I'm looking at Seagate SSHD 2TB as my main drive (SSD too expensive and less space)

Any other advise/suggestion aside from the above?

Not only you can buy cheaper games and softwares, you can also sell those unused software cdkeys by auctioning them. I've tried them myself and able to make Eur40+

With your all advice, I acquired GTX760 OC Eidition as my upgraded GPU.
My Next Goal is upgrading mobo, May I ask which mobo out there is the bang for buck and can support both SLi & Xfire (for future upgrade/modification)
I estimate my budget for this will be around rm300

ATI HD 5850 weird noise issue

Hi all

Does anyone know what is causing the weird noise of ATI HD 5850 gpu? It happens quite recently and I had been using it for almost 4-5 years.
I've checked and there doesn't seem to be anything interfering it and i even do some fan blowing to it. the gpu fan seems ok though

I'm looking into upgrading my current RiG which is kinda old..

My Current Spec;
- Gigabyte H55M-UD2H
- Intel® Core™ i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz
- ATI Radeon HD 5850 1GB DDR5
- PSU is GE-P610A-C2, Peak Wattage of 720W

I'm thinking about upgrading motherboard and processor first and would like to ask what spec i can get out of budget range around RM700+ (just for processor & motherboard),
I was hoping that the motherboard will also be SLi or Crossfire ready so I can upgrade my graphic card in the future to come.
