hi all

i need to get a mobile phone for my wife who likes to BBM with her friends. i am currently using blackberry bold (company hp) and have not done any research or use any other brands.

Can i trouble you to recommend which model should i go for which is the best in terms of value for money? budget below RM 1K only ( need to jimat wang api sudah naik).

I notice this hugh construction (IOI City mall putrajaya ) along the puchong -kajang highway is near completion - end of 2014. Do you think it is a good idea to buy any residential property that is nearby this future mega mall such as the puteri palma condominium which is within walking distance ? or perhaps this mall is build at the wrong place and at the wrong time?

What is IOI track record in managing mega mall anyway?

how to get rid of Fleas?

hi all

I am staying at a condo (low floor) and recently my unit was attacked by dog/cat fleas. The itch from the flea bites was unbearable and we had to move to my mother's house for 2 weeks as I had no idea how to get rid of this type of insect. Spraying ridsect did not seem to work. I would rate this species of flea as one of the most dangerous creatures on earth as it can jump very high and slide thru our hands when captured. Can you share with me how to kill this creature once and for all?

I am actually thinking to sell-off my condo and move away from this flea infested place..... all my family members now have serious scars on our bodies due to the flea bites ...celaka betull
