            <title>Developer Promoting Constant Advertisements</title>

            <description>Dear Property enthusiasts..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im just curious... There have been alot of advertisements by developers, particularly promoting their properties online and offline.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My question is, are these hard to sell properties or rather high demand or developer constantly seeking for public attention?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most of these properties i see are from bigger developers and the types of properties are usually high rise and landed properties located in very outskirt area.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whereas some properties barely have much information about them, typically landed properties, either very minimal advertisement or no advertisement at all. These proeprties are particularly new launch landed properties or landed properties in the city area. Is it because the products sell by itself or minimum quantity of product?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just my curiosity.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

How long does it take to launch the subsequent phases?             <title>Owner pull out last minute after sign booking form</title>

            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just curious.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If i have signed the booking form and collect the booking form from the prospective tenant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can i back out because i found out that the tenant is not a good tenant. Because afraid that they might not be able to pay rental and furthermore the rental is lower than expected.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Found out last minute also that the tenant smokes which i do not want them to smoke in the house.             <title>1 Month Notice to move out? Contract Lapse.</title>

            <title>CTOS Problem... Will my housing loan be approved?</title>

            <description>Hi all Sifus out there....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recently i just bought a property and wants to know the likelihood of the loan approval if i&amp;#39;ve got a CTOS problem...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have previously settled my RHB Personal Loan with the bank. Made full settlement with release letter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And i&amp;#39;ve got another one with P1 Wimax.... Which i do not know how to settle that.. Cause they overcharged me... And my name was on CTOS...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Was wondering..
