in the morning, idle temp - 37, load temp 81 (fan speed reach 66%)

is it the time to change thermal paste?
if yes, which thermal paste you would more recommend?
do i need to use alcohol to clean the old thermal paste before reapplying a new thermal paste ?

is it the difference very minimal ?
