how can i use 1 single remote to control the TV and soundbar?
i mean like when i turn TV on and off then soundbar will on and off accordingly.

both the TV and soundbar MUST be same brand? how about those yamaha soundbar etc.

buy a landed house cost rm 1.5 mil to stay
borrow 80%, monthly installment rm 7500

Option B:
rent that landed house cost rm3500 per month
buy a shop lot cost 1.5 mil with rm 6250 rental per month.
and pay rm 7500 loan installment.

nows a day landed houses cost very expensive, but rental is rediculous low.
should i buy a landed house for own stay?

i.e travel between the apartment and LRT station or hotspot.

such as within a same project consist of apartment / condo and link houses / semi D / town house.
