Advice for HS/skin disease

i have a annoying skin disease that been bugging quite some time.
I did a google AI dignosis and even went to normal clinic for male doctor screening ----> Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS)
doctor said no cure , suggested to eat antibiotic + antibaterial soap (i didnt take those)

my case , the wound/pimple would always occurred these places:
left side of the inner tigh (right side dun have)
left+right side of the butt

what happen when flared :
similar like pimple going to burst , swollen.
due to seating , the pressure will burst the pimple---> underwear stained blood.

although HS seems no cure . not really sure/convince is HS --->

i tried to eat balance diet daily ---> meat , fruit , vege etc
it did manage to reduce the occurrence
but from time2time it comeback ......

im male ,age44 ....... when younger days , dun have such issue .

any ideas/suggestion is welcome .....

Mosquito invasion .

My place have lots of mosquito ,

Before sleep , i have zap ~10 , inside aircon room .
However , after switch off light , 30 mins

wE Still got sucked by those mosquito ,
on Light , manage to kill another 5++ .......

Tired of every night getting sucked by mosquito + waking up to zap them ....
My 2 sons kena quite bad (age 3 and 4) .......

any suggestion ?

Getting stuck in work .

Very hard to get promotions , and yearly increment is much less that SST/GST in engineering Penang ....

would like to get ideas how to get side income ?

Some of them i'm doing currently ,
*I;m engineer with ~12years experiece , so it;s easy for me for get credit cards.

1. 0% Balance transfer credit card , those fund park in FD/ASNB/Home loan.
2. credit card cash back .
3. Sell things in Shopee .

For #1 - After a while, many of the 0%BT promotion ended
For #2 - there's limit too. Again not much .
For #3 - Quite competitive in shopee , and profit margin is low too .

but lost it the same day ,
suspected that the cards drop from wallet when fighting to pay bill at cashier after meal .

any good excuse/reasons to use to get new replacement card without being charge ?

withouth ipad and smart phone , life still goes on .

Recently my father passed away ,
only to find out some places can get those benefits,

Eg :
1.BR1M == RM2K+
2. ASNB == rm2k ?
3. DAP penang RM1K for those age60 above
4. MCA/PKR/BN/ ????
5. Insurance company (u need to buy some policy 1st)

Please help to add to the list .
So that we can leave something behind , especially those have old parents.

EPF Probet/LA letter

My father recently passed away at age69 , without leaving nominee in EPF .

Upon checking with EPF , they require me as the eldest son to produce below doc :
1. Parent divorce cert . (compulsary)
2. Surat Berkuasa (LA ? probet ? )

My parent divorced ~25 years ago ,i dun i can get that cert.
My father EPF , original amount was RM18K few years back , as today ==> RM20K+

My questions :
1. How much to get Surat Berkuasa/LA ? Some friends last time was charged RM5--7K !!
2. Since we (siblings) are not in need of that $ , is it possible to wait a few years for the EPF to go goverment unclaim money, and claim from there ?
3. I tried to go to Pejabat Bantuan Guaman in PENANG, but my salary is way above RM3K, so they won;t help .
4. Any cheaper/easiest way to claim ?

*the rest , not much to claim , only death benefit of RMxxx to 2xxx.
**My mum still alive, but she is too old to fight/claim those $, even she want all , we're OK to give her all .
***My other siblings are not looking at those money as well .
****Amanah Raya , has minimum RM5K charge/fee.

I;m from Penang, and have bought/sold several propeties ,
and the legal charges were ......EXPENSIVE

recently , heard that;s it's possible under malaysia law to register company and buy property ,

SOme of the benefits:
1. cheaper Legal fees
2. can transfer the ownership like company , eg : 50% .

Please advise if there's other pros/cons. Thank you

Dear all,

i'm new to properties investment, hope experts/sifu here could help .
*i'm paying some tuition fees to my 1st shoplot now since i didn;t ask for advice

Ideas ->
1. Current staying resiential house -Loan RM600K, interest to loan around RM2K/month .No tax, but pay interest like crazy on meagre salary ....

2. Shoplot rental - RM1k ***this one need to declare and pay TAX

Can we :
1. For residential , i do a tenancy agreement with family members, eg bro, pay room rent RM500/month.
2. Since shoplot need to pay tax after deduct interest/maintenance/assesstment, can it use the RM500 from above to deduct as well ?

**Other tips to utilize those property in reducing taxes ?
**or other course to learn ?
