U guys now encounter any problem??? Since yesterday night, playing Dota is like a headache, i keep having high ping and keep on disconnect me from the game....

Then now today, since midnight.. Suddenly DOTA loss connection to the steam network altogether. And try to do TM test speed, the website also can't access... many website can't access.. their TM twitter.. etc.

Netflix can still play, youtube can, facebook can...

but if trying to google about Unifi problem, nothing good.

Korean working culture is damn unreasonable !

Well, my stories is about working in a Korean company is totally depressing & stressful.

I tot i found a jewel getting into a korean company, big company... but later on to find out that it is another chapter of horror movie.

At first, everything seems fine, Korean boss seem friendly, slowly to learn up from scratch, office environment is small & clean. Many perks (snacks, coffee machine, supplements, etc) and each lunch makan good good Boss belanja.

But the nightmare is , actually each day you are living a testing trial period. monitor you without saying. I'm a proactive salesperson, that's what i should do as a sales.

On the 1st day of new year work, come back office and received a sudden termination. Saying i'm not suit to his korean culture style working. Fine.....
but when explaining the rather unreasonable answer to me, I'm shocked on how different our working style is...

1) Cannot late a single day.... not 10 mins( even with given notice earlier due to unusual heavy traffic)
2) Cannot yawn and feeling sleepy during work. (tiu, looking at monitor all day squeezing brain not lethargic?? , besides, not that i directly sleep !!)
3) Priority of consent is important, ALWAYS DO GET consent/ approval before doing your things. Even if it is a new year greeting emails to customers.
4) Even in chatroom, there is a case where i go out take things from customer, on the way back office & my car aircon spoil no gas, i just needed 10 mins to stop by workshop to refill gas.. i notify it and take pics send in groupchat, BUT this is an offence... Said why does not consult him 1st to get approval before refill. Not to simply notify and think it is ok.
5) the manners in treating him like a very big boss is similar in Japan.. hierarchy seniority is very important in korean culture. the respect you must show to them is very important. the salute and so on...
6) they don't trust ppl easily, always keep u in the dark... as a sales, but not expecting me go out market visit and expect me can get all info sitting in my chair, funny...

this is simply toooo micromanage. Hire me in such high salary to do clerical job meh? I'm confuse....

you all encounter this kind of funny behaviors Korean company / korean boss culture?? Is it that hard to deal with??

All Sifu/ Owners,

I wanted to buy a 2nd hand Mazda 3 (Smiley), and needed some reviews and common encounters you have with this car. The driving pleasure, performance, pros & cons, etc..
As this is among the most budgeted C-segment car within my budget of RM36k. I hardly heard anything bad about this car... But need more verification from the driver/ specialist.. It definitely look good, the cars i saw on the road all still shinny-shinny handsome. How is the different between the 1.6 & 2.0 ??

Appreciate more feedback from U fans....

Beware of Mudah new tactics for car scam.. Too good to be true...
P/s: I didn't get cheated, don't misunderstood. Just a sharing.

Stumbled across the add in Mudah for a Honda civic 2013, 2.0-navi full spec for only Rm 41k.. Seriously.. U all go try it. Well.. . I'm suspicious and then try inquiring from the "Direct" seller on the price.. Through the email. Here is what he replied.. Such a fine and detailed description how how he wanna sell his car with all the bold words and colorful words. Stressing that he is not gonna to cheat ya, just like those Nigerian scam. Then cleverly create a look-see email address to make sure u believe. Sorry.. Too lame that address... No such info as well. And please be noted that u r not able to meet up with him and handle by 3rd party.. Not even able to see the car too... Grandmother story of him working on offshore rig.. Cannot see. Etc. Hahahahaha . and he wanted cash sales as well. Beware.
Seller might be fake name too. Wonder how many fake account he have in Mudah to lure victims... But the email shall serve as a guidance...

i pay for 3 voucher for 1 promotional buffet....
When i make reservation to that restaurant... they said my voucher was no longer valid...
i asked why...!!!????

They( the restaurant) said mydeal.com.my didn't pay the voucher money to them as promised through the online selling, and has to cancel up our booking...
i try contacting this guy Mr. Ho 017-2111425, given by the restaurant ppl, who seems to be from the associate of Mydeal.com.my but no answer and kept diverting.

Any of you all suffer losses from Mydeal.cm.my recently as well???

My new Persona B-line when go through uneven or not so smooth roads will have these irritating sound from the dashboard around the steering area..
But i dun see any loose gap at the joints or something, must be inside the dashboard there.

it's like shaking sound of loose unit in the dashboard... very annoying everytime...
