Launcher Problems

Hi all

I need some help from all Android masters over here.
This is the 1st time my phone had this problem or any problem after one year.
Already wipe cache partition and wipe data/factory reset from recovery mode.
But the problem stills occur atm.
Frustrated weh!
Only use ASUS launcher before this.
After problem happened, tried using ASUS launcher again. Crashed, then I tried to install Nova launcher.
Nova launcher also crashed.

I am using ASUS Zenfone 5 LTE (T00P/A500KL) 4.4.2 KitKat
Build number KOT49H.WW_11.4.6.94-20141218
044000274_201406050026
Non-rooted

Now the phone is going haywire..cannot unlock, cannot run any apps coz I cannot enter the app drawer.
Simply turn into a useless piece of junk.

Someone help me pls!

Edit: Turn off the phone a while to save battery..now only stuck at ASUS logo with the spinning wheel

Currently living in Perak so dont know sgt about places in KL
Anyone can suggest mana kawasan murah/selamat to live?
Thinking about RM400-500 for rent per month
Klau area ada LRT lagi bagus...

anyone know whether this is a good or not so good company?
i got an offer from them for QC wngineer but salary wise, im quite sked because dont know can survive in Selangor for 2.4k or not
they do offer OT but max can go only 400/month
lets say max OT then 2.8k/month...cukup ka mau hidup in Selangor after all this prices hike?

Today during lunch break..I wented to a branch of Tiger Bank. The wimminz clerk in charge of my friend and me is really cute one. Chatting a lot too. Quite friendly laa I guess. Then we all sembang2 lagi with her tunggu the clerk siapkan her work, I mean the thing yg we asked her to help la. Then she mentioned she married ady. But no ring on any of her finger. What do you guys think about this kind of wimminz? I mean is it normal? Cause I see all married woman wanna show off their ring in most cases.

How laa?
Ayam only know a little bit knowledge about my current position since ayam new. Freshie la katakan.
Up until this day, ayam received no proper training at all about current position liao.
Position ayam in right now is new in the co so no senior engineer to consult or ask question.
But ayam have to plan for unit expansion for the next 2-3 years. Ayam think this is crazy and bizzare.
Wanna ask koliks or technicians how to do...but all very busy one.
Plus they kinda know nothing about management thing since they all like the technical stuff. Ayam ok with that bcause ayam expect technicians mmg like this.
HOD pon busy asyik meeting. Ask a lil bit only then disappear into meeting.
Ayam kinda disappointed since boss wanna know progress and sh!t but ayam know-how very limited.
Anyone can suggest how to work in this situation? Ayam scare later kena scold dgn boss
