Item(s) conditions: For those who dont know, the i5 4690k is an overclocker so it will need to go with an overclocker mobo which is perfect for the z97 extreme 4. The CPU is delided, and using liquid metal. Stable OC 4.4- 4.5 GHZ. On air cooling. The hyperx 1800mhz can be oc to 2100mhz with no issue. Due to the motherboard have a good power phase, your CPU & Memory OC should stay longer. OR you can boost the performance when needed using intel XTU. You wont regret it. Its value for performance, i5 4690k is faster than i7 4790 (non K) version.
