Last week someone approached me and explained about this Public Mutual Investment plan. He gave me his business card. Then today I called him say interested to join. But then he said need to provide photocopy of IC and DO NOT cross the IC as "for bank usage" as they said they have their own official stamp ( coz i wanna meet him outside not at branch ). He also said that he can show in front of me the official stamp if i go to his branch ( i don't want to troubled myself finding parking, traffic jams, etc )

My question is, is it true got this kind of so called official stamp? Later he misuse my IC how?
