Router Recommendation for 3-Storey House

I'm looking for a router to replace my Unifi router in my house. The default Unifi router is very unstable and unable to cover the whole house.

My house is around 5k square feet, 3 stories, I will be installing the router at the middle floor.

Unifi is 50mbps.

We normally use internet for normal browsing, streaming and some gaming.

I'm eyeing on Asus Rt-ac86u but I've read some comments online saying the network range is not too good.

Any good recommendation?

Need Advice on My Financial Status

Hi all sifu, I'm 26 years old and below is my current financial status:

Negative Cash Flow:
1. Food - Around RM 400
2. Petrol - RM 180
3. Sports - RM 50
4. Telco - RM 200 (Includes my mobile data plan and a family use modem)
5. Gf - RM 300 (All dating expenses, gifts etc. And I must say I found a really good girl who is not materialistic.)
6. Parents - RM 1000 (I lives with my parents and I'm the eldest who have siblings still studying. I think this is a must.)
7. Other expenses - RM 500-700 (trip, birthday present, donation, car fixing etc)

Total = RM 2630-2830

Positive Cash Flow:
1. Salary - RM 4000 (This is what I take home after tax reduction and EPF. Sometimes get few hundreds more when have more claims/allowance.)
2. Share dividends - ? (This varies every year and is very hard to determine. Depends on company performance. I'm getting RM 3.6k this year.)

Total = RM 4300 +-

Estimated average net cash flow = 4300 - 2730 = +RM 1570 per month

Assets:
1. Cash in hand - RM 7000
2. Shares - RM 52,000 (market value, not my modal)
3. FD - RM 11,000

I do not own any property. I do not own a car, currently driving a 11 years old local car from by parents. I do not buy any insurance, saving plans, endowment nor any kind of assurance.

Is my financial healthy? Am I putting too many eggs into one basket (share market)? If I want to increase my cash flow other than from shares and active income, what is a good way to do? (currently what's in my mind: get a mortgage loan and rent property, or get a small business loan and start up easy to manage business like coin laundry or cash wash) If I were to buy a better car (80k car), how much will it impact my wealth growth? Does it worth? Should I start to get insurance? I just have too many questions in my mind now

Sorry for the wall of text and string of questions... Thanks in advance for all sifu advice.
