hey, im using dlink wifi router in my shared house currently.
just want to know a few things:
1)Do i have the option to disable all torrent activities within the connected devices?
2)can i set the minimum speed a device can use whenever it is connected?

just want to be fair and prevent connection issues and conflict within my housemates

im in the middle of case study, may i know where can i search for basic requirements of building a house in Malaysia in term of air ventilation (air change/hour)?

do i have to bring birth certificate along with me? or just IC and passport sized picture?

my friend told me the format of the passport picture had changed, and it has to be in black colored background, is it true?
