Ok, new govt done. So what we expect on new govt?
Since most of us dissapointed with PH, now new govt do we expect something new?
I think we will see the down fall of some crony business for over 30 years.
Malay sentiment will prove lesser hear balik Cina. Due to no more DAP. Basically there is nothing issue from non just ppl tried to stir things up.
Forseen the sk jenis might come to end in the future.
Usage of BM will be more at comercial area, exp names on properties, reports, private setors, uni.
More straight control on Muslim ppl, more eye monitoring.
Finally i would say a modedage changes. Esp on foreign relationshils.

Hi dears,
Intention to upgrade my house by sell and buy new unit. Current house,
Loan: 180k
Market Value: 430 - 450K

Target new house.
Market Value: 560 - 600K

Monthly income: 4K.
Debts: No, except PTPN.

1) It is hard for me to buy 2nd unit with price of 500k above w/o high down payment. Exp, house selling at 570k but bank value at 530k. Loan 90%, 53k + 40K = 93K++ come to 100k. I dun think I can get loan 90% with 470k with another 180K loan. Any advice on it?

2) If I want to sell my current unit, how long the process I can get money to make the down payment for my 2nd unit?

3) Any possible I can still rent back my unit after selling it for about 3 months before I can get my 2nd unit.

Any advice are welcome.....

Hi need some advice from you guys and gals.
Currently I was on home loan, with lock in period of 5 years (left 2.5 years).
I would like to top up some cash for renovation and some investment.
After checking withWthe sale person, she said the bank can offer new top up cash but with diff agreement which consider as fix loan instead. Means currently market value of 90% minus the balance the loan u paying is the amount u can cash top up. The interest rate will be below 100K (-1.5), over 100k (-2.2). I will need to pay for the lawyer fees for the new agreement. The type of loan will need to base on my current loan which is non flexi type.
My questions,
1) Can I change my new agreement, new loan base on current market.
Ans: Yes, but u need to pay the penalty due to the current loan lock in period.

2) My new top up cash loan can switch to flexi?
Ans: No, must follow ur current loan type.

3) What the advantage of getting cash up as fix loan compare to housing loan?

4) If I want to refinance new bank, what happen to my fix loan?

5) Will this fix loan affect my CTOS if I want to apply new HL for new property compare if I have a bigger loan amount (refinance current loan)?

Hi, need some advice regarding to built my new PC mini atx desktop. I can find many nice mini case in the trade zone but I not really sure which setup is suitable for the mini cassing.
My needs is just simple processing and don't have any gaming. Can consider as office used only. I prefer support 2'5 hdd because I want my pc as small as possible.

Currently loaning a house and been staying in past 2 years. Thinking to change a bigger house, but can't afford to loan a 2nd house. So wanted to let go current house and then buy another resale house.
What is the best solution to do? Sell first, stay other place then only re apply new loan for the new house?
How long will the bank take to release the money to me after i sell the house then how soon i need to pay to the new house?
Changing reason is house too small, if renovate cause some money. Opt for bigger built up area.

Alarm SYstem Spoilt?

I am using non ori alarm system + center locking for my iswara. But few days ago, something happen. I press the release button the car can't unlock. So I used my car key to open. Surprisingly the alarm never turn on, and the center locking also no working. THen start car lock and unlock the driver seat, the center locking also not function. Press the keytag button also no function.
So any thing wrong with my alarm system? If yest how to check? Any fuse for it?

Streamyx Outstanding After Termination

Hi guys hope can help me.
I had terminated my phone and streamyx since May 2006. Now suddenly they got one lawyer letter to my company stated I got outstanding untill Feb 2007.
Check with streamyx, my acc still activated and being terminated on Feb 2007.
During the termination there had balance, and it billed to my hometown. But after that no billing for streamyx liao.
So now how to argue, no more termination documents.
Streamyx is under the phone line which had terminated together with it. But how suppose we can use streamyx since there is no phone line attach to it.
Is TMNET able to chekc my usage. Becoz it can show activity since the May 06 termination.

Iswara Rear Board

My father bought this iswara with opt no car audio sometimes liao. So recently I had installed a jvc player and ciplak 4' speaker. Speaker was put at original both side. But the sounds really bad. Although I am not really into ICE but the speaker just can't difference the sound well. So I intend to buy a better speaker and put it in. The ciplak maybe I will put at the front door.
Need advice, the whole process is DIY.
Another thing is the antena, I also bought a ciplak type. The reception is not so good. Although is very clear but can hear slight slight distortion sound. Some area are lound some ok. I drive along PJ and Kelana.

1) How much is the rear board for iswara?
2) HOw to fix it at the back, i know how to remove the original one.
3) How to fix the front speaker at the door?
4) Antena issue, how to improve the reception?

If can provide pictures I will be very happy.
If anyone can provide service also ok, I can pay but reseanable lar.

I found it strange as I see my network activit is sending data even I never open any browser. Then use Ethereal to check where does my PC connecting to. Found it IP address of 65.54.87.51 When I ping it, it does reply. Then I go web search this IP address, it shows is Microsoft Coorperation IP.
Could it be any trojan virus using such IP address or it is real Microsoft are collecting my PC data?
