hi guys,
currently i'm working under a firm for about 6 month now.
so, lately i keep thinking to take others job since i'm underpaid and
the probation given by the current boss is 6 month.so,after probation the salary is still not enough for me
However,the current boss didn't give to me an offer letter before..
which i'm hired by using a phone call (i.e: boss: can you start work by next monday?)
so, let say i wanna quit my current job..does i need to be sent letter to the boss for 2 weeks notice?
or can i quit with short notice? (i.e: me: boss, i wanna quit by the end of this week)
so, what is the advantage/disadvantage of having an offer letter

Hi guys,
i just bought razer naga..so,in razersupport,they'll give the Razer Synapse 2.0
However the driver cause a crash because of .Netframework 4.0.3019,which i dunno why my pc fail verified it
So,my question is,does anyone had a old ver of Razer synapse?i think fixing the .Netframework kinda hard to do..

I used sms since much more faster response after he didn't reply my pm
He did mention that the shop is in moving out to new place.
I said ok,not a big deal.then after nego the price,i bank in the funds(as can been seen from above) and pm him the details and my address
A few days later,he sms me back,said,ask me whether i cancel the plan to buy?,after some clarification,he checked with the bank,said ok,will sent the item and
reference number later on.last communication is on 3rd January. a few days later,i asked him where is the reference no. and when i'll get the item,
he didn't response..so until to this date,i didn't receive my item.
I seeking for explanation and confirmation on my item

PC restart randomly

Hello guys,

Ok,here's the situation..before this,i use Corsair Tx650w..and then one day,the psu is not working..so sent the psu for
RMA, then bought a Mushkin PSU 500w..for few weeks..my pc have been acting weirdly..it restart by itself,randomly..

I've checked the Event Viewer..
Event ID 41-Kernel Power-Critical-System

From picture you can see how many times the pc have been restart on this month

Ok, i've checked my gc..temp is ok..not over 50..usually arround 36-40C
also checked with furmark for few hours..ok

Ram-ok,no sound plus test with Memtest also ok

Virus-i used mcafee,scan,no virus,cpu usage is low

Hdd, i used 500gb WD,checked for test,also no problem

My rig is still haven't OC yet

One thing that i dun understand is:

Each time when i switch on my pc,the led of the fans will not lite for a while,then it reboot with no issues
i tried to switch the fan..meaning from top fan connector,switch with front fan connector..on the same 3pin slot on mobo
and each fan when on the same 3pin slot on mobo will stop(and no lite) and then resume booting again.
and i use lancool K62..standard 3 fans with led plus 1 more w/o led..
this issues is also happen when i use my corsair psu

However, i haven't tried test the psu voltage...bcoz not skillfull to use multimeter.still on learning process.thanx to youtube

the question is..which one will cause my pc to restart?izzit Mobo or PSU?

Please help me guys..if anyone had an experience to test psu with multimeter..

Recently i bought DFI LANPARTY DK P45-T2RS+,2 month of usage,after i receive it,been busy with my works,don have time to assemble my pc,hence the
7 days personal warranty is over..when i assemble it,i receive code 88 error..i sent for rma
yesterday receive back my mobo,and still,the code 88 error still happen..
izzit possible to been happened like this?

pc cannot restart and shutdown

hi guys,

I know this problem might heard like the common problem,but i can't find any similarities with mine..

The Problem:

Before i format my pc,i found that my pc cannot be restart and shutdown normally..so I make the decission to format it(full format-remake new partition)..
But after i format it back,and in the process of installing the mobo drivers,the pc need to restart,so the case still happen..why can it still happening even after a full format?btw,i already scan for virus to C before format and it was clean.

Specification of HDD:

Western Digital Caviar,Sata,80G,aged of use: 4 years(since 2005)
My computer has 4 partition,so i remake it back to only 2 partition only..

As for now,i going to Batu Pahat in 1/2 hour more,so if i can't response to your question,i'll answer later..thank you in advance..

so,got 2 problm here..
1st:
c:windows/system32 appeared when start up..still can't find da easy ways 2 solve this..read about using regedit,don undrstand..

2nd:
when i click start>all program..it didn't pop out..so,technically i can't use my program since it did not shows my program..

FYI:
i did avast scan,nothings' wrong..
