It is our luck to meet good or bad housemate. Some good housemates could help you out, however, the bad one could be a nightmare.

Because one of my housemates pulled out from my current renting house, he has found this guy as per attachment to continue the renting. He has very bad payment record in paying rental and utility.

I am staying in Desa Kiara Condominium, Jalan Damansara.

Just beware if you are letting your room to him. Just a gentle reminder to the member.
