i gotta do some short commercial (audio) as a project....

anybody knows any softwares, especially free softwares i can use?

for example to make a Robot voice with other sound effects saying Tune in to tv9 and nine o clock!

any help is appreciated.

What is wrong with my CZ:CS?

OK guys....i downloaded CZ from a the net....it can be played ok with bots...
but the reason i downloaded it is to play with my frens on their LAN Server using Hamachi....

my frens have been playing using their copy version of the CZ game and can play CZ using Hamachi....

the problem is...
When they open their CZ...at the main page there are options to play Condition Zero, 2nd is to create a custom game, and 3rd is to join to a server (or something like that)

my version have different options...1st there are options to play Condition Zero, 2nd is to create a custom game, and 3rd is to play online using Steam.

So tell me...what is wrong with my version?
What can i do to change it?

If nothing can be done...where can i get the CZ version like my friends?

i dont know what issit called in BM or english....

but here in Japan we call it Mukaiten

the one where it doesnt spins so when the ball goes, it doesnt curve or bend like usual.....

intead, the effect is hard for the keeper to catch.....

who has info on this?

Alo guys....

I have an external USB HDD....

when i connect it to my pc....can detect....no problem

the problem is accesing it.

Usually, when i double click the I: drive (my HDD) it would opens and show me the files....

now when i double click it....it opens a new window, the Select a program to open with window.

if i wanna open the drive, i have to right click and click Open. then only i can see the files inside.

how can i get my HDD to work like before? (just double click to Open)
what happened? some sort of virus?

im sorry if this is a repost of something else....

im in Japan....
but i want to help my lil sis (in Mesia) to get her own broadband...
and she is kinda illiterate to these broadband thingy....so i have to ask for her behalf...
she reli dont know much ...no use i ask her oso...

1) 1st of all...what are the available ISPs?
2) Does she need to have a phone (ground) line? (not wireless)
3) How and where can she apply for an ISP?
4) What are the best ISP u guys think? or the best plan or rate.
5) Any other advices are oso welcomed.
