internet connection problem!

posting on behalf of a lady friend. she needs help.

she is currently using the new aztech router+modem (white colored one) and uses streamyx. the problem is whenever she connects to her wireless network she can only go on the internet for like 5-10 minutes. after that period of time she cannot visit any websites and cannot even log in to her router. she is using an acer laptop. her brother experiences the same problem.

recently her mother bought a new laptop, and her laptop doesnt seem to have that problem. after a week, hers also can only go online for a short time. so any suggestions on how to fix this? or any ideas what is the problem?

My friend owns an Acer Aspire 4720Z. He just bought it for about 2 months. Suddenly just now the laptop would not start at all. What could he do to fix this? Thanks

need help. today my companys ip was blocked by uceprotect.net bcos of spam. was blocked of a level 2 offence. so i was wondering is there any solutions or software out there to help manage this problem. eg. early warning for the spam before it gets blocked, unblock the blocked ip and etc. it doesnt have to be a software it could be a company that provides this service. if anybody has any idea do let me know. thanks.

twinhead laptop monitor problem

laptop sifus and computer sifus,

need your help. i have a problem with my twinhead laptop monitor. actually its not mine its my gfs. neway, after switching on the laptop everything is normal and after the os finish loading and i start using the laptop suddenly its monitor swicth of by itself. This problem is very unpredictable, sometimes the laptop seems to be ok but at times it cannot be used bcos once os finish loading then its monitor switches off. so you dont really know how long you have until it switches off. so this past month it cannot be used at all. so, any idea how to repair this?? where to send for repair?? the laptop has been sent before but still got this problem, maybe the shop before is unreliable. thanks for you help guys.
