XP "Windows cannot open user Accounts"

muhaimi999 — Wed, 23 Apr 2008 12:11:27 +0800

My OS : Windows XP Pro 2002 fully updated to SP2.

Recently I had this error message when I tried to open my user accounts in Control Panel. "Windows cannot open user accounts control panel". I have tried almost everthing. I have expanded the file 'nusrmgr.cpl'. I have RUN 'regsvr32 nusrmgr.cpl' with sucess. However, I am able to RUN 'control userpasswords2' but NOT 'control userpasswords'!

Are there virus or anything causing this? I have scan my computer, but nothing shows up.

Thanks.

TIME BROADBAND

I am currently using Jaring Wireless broadband which is not stable and bad for my condo. I am considering changing. I cannot apply for preferred wired broadband as my fixed telephone line is by TIME. The packages for TIME broadband cost more. Are they any better? Speed and reliability? Any pros and cons? Also, there don't seem to be any discussion on TIME Broadband services in this forum? I tried searching the forum but no results. Any advice and help is very much appreciated before I subcribe to TIME. Thank You.
