What's your view on this suppose to be 1.4 million (2 floor) for each Town house with shared facilities with another new condo in same area, in Bandar Puteri Puchong (Puteri Hill), near to puteri 11.

For own stay i think is fine, but for investment ? I was told it will be launch sometimes next year.. but again, ioi style, i am not sure if they will build and 20-30% completed then only started to sell..
