Job Title: Building Management Executive
Location: Taman Melawati

• Supervise and monitor various in house, outsource facility services & subcontractors’ staff which included but not limited to security, car park, cleaning, rubbish collection & building maintenance.
• Perform collections of maintenance fees, book-keeping administration, payments & invoicing & other task and processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date credit control, data outputs & backups.
• Assist the Management Corporation members in the administration of all policies & procedures & Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in diagnosing defects and recommend solutions by preparing adequate scope of works before calling / sourcing for contractors / suppliers / service providers to send quotations /proposals.
• Assist in checking defects rectification, progress of units, facilities and common area.
• Ensure all renovation applications submitted are with proper documentations and the scopes of works are within perimeters of the existing By-laws / House Rules.
• Summarize quotations / proposals received by suppliers / contractors / service providers to raise requisition of expenditure for further approval.
• Carry out routine building inspection, surveillance & improvement to ensure safety & security measures.
• Attend to resident complaints & arrange appropriate rectification actions professionally.
• Assist in preparation of Monthly Management reports & generate account statements monthly/quarterly/as required to send out to residents.
• Assist in all exercises carried out to improve collections of building maintenance fund and sinking fund & carry out barring of vehicle entry exercise for defaulters.
• Ensure proper upkeep & cleanliness of the management office.
• Assist in organizing, coordinating & planning of Annual General Meetings/Emergency General Meetings/any other events as initiated.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management Corporation members from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION
• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Property Management / Building Facilities preferably.
• Minimum 1 year experience in property/condo management.
• Knowledge of Strata Title Act/Building and Common Property Act.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to plan, organize, conceptualize and implement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• SQL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS:

Hello,
I would be conducting a campaign in one of the local colleges that would need people to download an app.
So for this we were thinking of buying MIFI's that are 3.5G outright, and buying the simcards seperately. However, would any of you recommend any providers that have;

1) Fast connections - 20/30mbps
2) Contract Free, Only plan to use for a month
3) Stable
4) As of now we approached another company for the rental of 4g MIFI's but it would cost close to rm2000++ for a month.
So we are looking for cheaper alternatives.

So in all honesty, I've been watching quite a lot of Master Chef, and as I love sausages I thought I would try my hand at making a few home made ones, Since most of the sausages obtained at the local markets either taste like crap or are waaaaay too expensive.
However, Does anybody know where I may be able to purchase the Sausage casings? I saw a few old posts saying that they might be found at Tesco, However Google did not find any returns.
Any clues guys? Not too interested in using intestines as a liner, Would prefer store bought casings instead. Thanks
