Monash or IMU

I want to study medicine in malaysia but I have some doubts on which uni is better. As for IMU, I heard that the experienced lecturers are being digged out by monash and they only have two hours of lectures. But for monash, the lecturers are very long, it's from 8-5. Which uni will produce better grads?
Correct me if anything I stated is wrong.

MBBS or Biomedicine?

I am having problems choosing between these two.
I've heard that there will be too many doctors and many doctors are jobless. And many biomed graduates ended up working in different sector which is totally unrelated to the course they study.
I'm interested in biology, beside these two, any other options which have better job prospects in malaysia?

I'm quite interested in genetics..but I wonder are there any jobs involving genetics in Malaysia?

Is it a good university to study medicine?have been struggling whether to study in IMU or Newcastle, because I heard many of the good lecturers from IMU had gone to Monash...and I heard that IMU only have two hours of lecture per day....
