I did not get EA form. What to do?

Hi folks,

For context, I'm a foreigner working in Malaysia. I resigned from my previous company in December 2023, and now I have another job offer, also in Malaysia.

In order for my current company to obtain a valid Employment Pass for me, I need to submit the latest EA form to Imigresen. The problem is that I did not receive the EA form from my previous company. I have reached out to their HR, Finance, and even the Director, but unfortunately, there has been no response from them. It was a remote job so they do not have physical office that I can come to. Now, I'm running out of options. Without this EA form, my current company won't be able to get me an Employment Visa, and I might need to retract my employment, which I clearly do not want to do.

Are there any alternatives or suggestions for this situation? Any information would be much appreciated.

Marshall CODE 25 repair

Hi folks,

I have a Marshall CODE 25 guitar amplifier, and recently it’s bluetooth feature doesn’t work.

I asked several amp technician and none of them can fix bluetooth board. In fact I did try to contact Marshall customer support and Swee Lee and apparently they advised to bring it to third party technician but they didn’t specify who/where.

Any recommendation where I can fix this?

Any advise would be helpful.

Cheque clearance

Hi I wanna ask about cheque clearance.

I have received a cheque from LHDN for my tax refund. I have deposited the cheque to cheque machine since last week and until the amount is not reflected to my account yet

I called CIMB CS and they say they didn't found any trace regarding the cheque deposit.

The CS said this is due to maybe my name on the cheque and in my account is a bit different. On my cheque only missing family name, others the same.

So did I lost the money? Calling to CS is not helpful..I have the cheque receipt.
