trouble detecting iphone 8 on laptop

hey guys, need some input
tried connecting iphone 8 to my laptop, dell, usb port 3.0
already reinstalled itunes few times, already rebooted
already googled solution
still the issue is tht cant seem to detect the phone on itunes
when troubleshoot, it says problem with usb port?

anyone having any ideas ? tqvm!

As topic, there're many kinds of detox tea in the market.

Where do you guys stand on it?
Does it work? If it does, how?

Have taken a few, but some works more effectively than the other.
What do I mean by "work" is that you will pass motion more frequently after drinking it for a 1-2 days, then normal bowel habit after that.
Sometimes the stool can be extra smelly as well.

Have anyone else shared the same experience?
Is it recommended to take daily?

What is the key towards muscle pain here after a workout session?

Like if i dont go workout for 3 days, then after that will get muscle pain.
But if daily workout, the pain won't be there.

Does the pain represent muscle growth?
So if no pain, does it mean that the workout is not effective?
