Digi Major Network Upgrade

Digi was upgrade the their network system for the location below from 19-23 dec 2011.

any improvement for speed? stablility? coverage?

Celcom mobile mbasic / madvance plan

Hi guys, anyone of you using celcom mobile internet plan --> mbasic (RM38/month) or m advance (RM58/month) ?

May i know what the speed different between this 2 plan?
is the mbasic plan speed also up to 3.6mbps?

please advice if you're using this plan.
