OS, monitor or one of the parts having an issue?

Hi, I've a problem with my computer. Placed in a spoiler, cause it's long as heck.

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Almost 2 months ago, I sent my PC to IdealTech for diagnosis, thinking at first it was the OS having problems. Then, received a message saying they figured out it was the motherboard. Did the warranty thing and received my PC back 2 weeks ago.

So I booted up my PC for the first time, everything felt fine. But..after browsing for a couple of minutes, if I'm not mistaken, screen went black, keyboard's green light also disappeared. While browsing, I was downloading an update for Chrome, here's me hoping it wasn't that that caused the problem. it was a bar below the bookmarks bar saying there's an update, plus that Chrome I was using was from a few years, I assume.

I tried going to system restore. Restored to one of earlier points, manage to use for a few minutes to find the issue, but then screen went black again. I also tried resetting. The same thing happened, screen went black too. Then a day or two later, I tried again. This time, it shows a screen with windows 10 logo + loading circle below it, then it goes to a black screen, with the keyboard green light disappearing. Monitor flashes a lighter colour, then back to black, keyboard light disappeared swiftly again. And then bam! White screen with green and probably red vertical lines. 1 week later, now, tried again, still the same thing. OH and one last thing, when I sent my PC to the shop, I didn't bring the PSU's cable, so the shop used the one they have. Could the cable be the reason? Because when my dad went there to pick it, one of the brothas there booted up the PC, even had done benchmarks. No issues, too.

What could be the issue here?

We suggest 250 words or less. --

Okay.Since now there's the "bottom" feature on any threads that have more than 1 post AFAIK..which is a great feature.

Would it be great to put it in personal message too?Even though it automatically scrolls you to the last message received..i find it sucks to scroll from top to bottom after you scrolled up again.

Thanks for reading.
