Some Microsoft surface pro 3 bugs

Hi, i bought this Surface Pro 3 from a local computer shop and i have been using it for exactly 1 month. Recently this tablet i'm using has been buggy.

The first problem is when i try to switch on, it wont switch on unless i do the instructions from official microsoft page. It first happened during the 1st week and few times unresponsive start up. Well it did not happen since the 2nd week. Second problem is when i use my fingers to touch facebook on google chrome it will only magnify and does not goes to link unless i use a pen and it stopped happening since last week. Until recently when i pressed the power button (normally goes to sleep mode when i pressed it) it says slide down to shut down computer instead of going to sleep, and few hours ago my volume buttons turned into narrator app instead of adjusting volumes. And when i plugged in the Surface into a LG HD LCD tv with a genuine Microsoft DisplayPort to HDMI worth over RM130 the screen keeps flickering. Suddenly there is display suddenly no and sometimes the tv says no signal. There are more problems just that i cant remember some of them. I felt dissapointed for buying a Rm2700++ tablet with alot of bugs.

Can anyone help with these bugs? Appreciate it and thanks in adv

Note that T10 bulb is the small light near the headlight bulb. To install just open the hood, locate the adaptor, twist it and carefully pull it out. Remember the halogen bulb is very hot after turned on. If the LED doesn't light up, just turn the LED upside down. Be very carefull when inserting the bulb adapter back. If the LED is flickering, just pull the metal part a little out. This is because of the contact between the metal part and the adapter. Enjoy your new LED!
