UPL during MCO 3.0?

I know during this pandemic times, many lost their jobs, in worst case scenario. But company "T" still going strong despite the closure sector for MCO 3.0 operation. Company "T" said that during the first week of the MCO 3.0, we were paid but the second week we have to either take UPL/AL. I and some of my colleague did not take any AL. Later company decide that we should take AL. In other word, we were force yeah force to take AL. During the second week which is by the time I'm typing, there's a training that we all have to attend also during our UPL/AL. I don't mean to brag about it, but we force to take UPL/AL then there is also training session that we have to attend?!! One of my superior has already discuss with the HR in unformal way, and the HR(not head or anything superior) I guess, also felt the same way. We were advised to report to JTK. Do I have another choice? Is there any preliminary actions?
