XFX 5770 Graphic Card Fan Problem

hi guys, I am using the card above for about 2+ years I think. Lately the fan always make noise. Maybe the motor is rusty or something.

The GPU doesn't overheat yet, but now the fan sometime will stop spin a second or 2 then start again then stop. Seems like going to die. GPU temp still ok 50-62 degree or so.

The fan in 'red' can be unscrew..so I wonder if it can be replaced.Not sure if I can take the bottom fan apart to reveal the motor since I don't see any screw..scared if I pull the bottom part then whole thing spoilt.

Any chance similiar fan sold in LYP or jalan pasar?? hope not too costly though.
