TM Port and upgrade

Is new port in the area needed for package upgrade?

I always thought ports are there for new line, and has nothing to do with upgrading an already existing Streamyx. But, I call 100 and they said I cannot upgrade because there are no port available. The frak?

Edit: I am using 1MB Streamyx, can't even upgrade to 2MB without port?

[WTA] Help: Identify Old Anime

Need help finding an anime again, this is also a tough one so any help is appreciated.

- Main character is a girl, got teapot, mugs, and if not wrong, vacuum cleaner too, as her friends
- No action at all
- Broadcasted before in either NTV7 or TV3, but time not certain, the best range I can give is between 2000-2009

Edit, more info:
- Japanese anime
- Maybe not teapot, mugs or vacuum cleaner. As long as the anime has some weird talking objects then it might be it. Likely magic-themed.

Non-Underdog Sport Movie

[WTA] Help: Identify Old Anime

Failed to find it myself so here I am hoping to get some help.

- I watched it in Astro Wah Lai Toi in my childhood, I believe it is around the time when WLT plays Conan on and off as that's the last time I watch anime in WLT.
- Main character(s) is one or two girls living in a school dorm. It's probably slice of life but again, not sure.
- The school is an all-girl school, with red uniform if I am not wrong. The setting is a bit "classic" and not so modern Japan in my memory. Again, I might be wrong though.
- Ending credit is credit on the screen and the main character(s) walking on the right side of it.
- They play Lacrosse

This has been bugging me for quite some time. Those front buttons switch of your casing, how do I know which side is positive and which side is negative when connecting them to the mobo? In my case, there's a fixed color on a wire of every connector, are those the positive side?

Faulty Mobo?

I think my mobo is DOA(F*** my luck) but then some extra opinions wouldn't hurt. So, I bought a mobo, a ram, a PSU and is ready to assemble my new rig(has a new GPU few months ago, HDD uses back). After the assembling, I powered it on, the system ran for a second(cpu fan running) and then died down, and then it kept repeat the same process. Then, I unplugged all my parts out and left only the CPU and system fan running. I re-powered it on and this time, the system's running(No beep whatever though) good. Then I tried to plug in the remaining components one-by-one, I plugged in the ram and then run, no luck, systems run for a second and dies down again. Okay, so I unplugged the ram and connected the SATA HDD to the SATA3 slots. System didn't run, again. So I plug the HDDs onto normal SATA slot, no run either. At this point, I changed PSU to my old one and ran it, again it was no go. Then, I changed back to my old rig setup and used the new PSU to run and it ran well so PSU ain't the fault.

I am not sure what other thing I can do to test the mobo(I did replug etc a lot of time when testing but still no go) so...is it faulty? Or there's other ways to test? Will pulling out the battery of the mobo helps?

I need some information for a talk 2 days later, but realize that it's very hard to search for such information. The title is "kaitkan bagaimana aktiviti sukan dapat mewujudkan semangat nasionalisme dan mengeratkan hubungan antara kaum". Is there any website for some contents of the topic? I search around on google but found nothing about sport and nasionalisme together.

Game Design Course

I decided to take on a degree course of Game Design next year, after my graduation this year. I will have SPM and UEC qualification at that time. Then so I checked for colleges I could go in Malaysia and only few colleges have the course I want(as expected). First is LUCT, which I am kind of...afraid of it because of the hell-lot-of-rumors around the net(Rape cases, good lecturers all gone bla bla bla) so I think I need some feedback for LUCT(checked the LUCT topic at lowyat too). Second college I found is UCTI, which I have not much information about it so I need feedback too. Or is there any other places I could go in Malaysia? If possible, fill me in with schools that have the course I want in Singapore since I am considering about going to Singapore too. Thanks.

Will high ping affect PvP performance?

I tried the trial and seems like it's a little delay with my ping so will it affect very much in PvP? Or the PvP still can handle without much problem?

US and Oceania server same or what?

Headache After Basketball Session

Well, recently(this 2 weeks) after 2 period of Physical Education at school, which I played basketball with my friends, I feel headache for the whole day, it's not very pain but the uncomfortable feelings is there for the whole day, I don't have such problem for my entire life but just this 2 weeks and I feel like wanna find out the reason. And sleep won't help much for the headache, I wake up still have the headache...I every year also play basketball when PE period but never have headache before. Other sports I do won't give me headache also...is that I lack some kind of nutrition this 2 weeks? Or the lack of water? Or other reason?

Is my battery spoiled?

Well, my main HP spoiled so I get a Nokia 3315 for temporary use but even if the battery shows 3 out of 4 on the energy bar, when you call and talk like 10 seconds the phone will show "battery empty" and auto close even the battery still got more than enough power...this is the problem of the phone or the battery?

Plan Failed, Want To Ask Something

Ok so my plan failed and amazingly my friend that propose to the girl that she don't even know are still in the process of success(or failure, at least the girl still talk to him)(Those who say he will fail instantly last night should accept this miracle) and I am the totally loser right now. I can't f**king understand, there are enough signs that she do have feeling towards me. But today at the end of schooling day, her friend tell me that she said I am not her type, and she have feeling on another person. I don't really know that if she really change target(it's still me on mid January) or because those classmates talk bulls*it of me. Because, well I am a different myself in class, and I rarely talk so those classmates probably don't know the real me and when she ask them, they talk like I am a game freak, maybe don't care girls one etc etc. Then she think I really not the type I want. Or maybe I talk like I really WANT her fast, suddenly bump to a word can I be your boyfriend today...and yet I don't usually talk to her so maybe she think I am those who just want a girl to hold or using her.

Possible factors:

1. She really got feelings on others
2. My confessing just too darn sucks and make her feel sick
3. Classmates tell her my personality but actually those are not my real personality

I think I will apologize tomorrow for my fast behavior today and maybe ask her if I still got little chance or not if we try to understand each other or I have zero chances. Is there anything more I can do? Or perhaps someone who can really tell me the real reason?

Need Some Helps For My Friend's Valentine Plan

Ok, one of my friend are going to confess to a girl that don't even know him and he don't know the girl too(except my friend is going SMS her today so no help on self introduction needed). He want to know how to start the speech of confession, what kind of words should he use. Given that both of them are like unknown to each other.

And thanks for those who help on my plan, I decided to give more than flower, with some self-thinking concept as well.

Let's see...I plan to confess to my classmate on Valentine, but although we are classmate for 1 years and 1 and a half months, I don't usually talk too much in class and she too, only talk to her close friend(her gang). So we didn't talk to each other although we were classmate for that long. Then, she have feelings to me since last year and me too, but she is too shy to do anything and me too...so no conversation etc. Then, I was planning to give her a couple ring as valentine present and possible as the ring of propose, she wear that ring means she is my GF. But my friends said this plan sux, give couple ring to GF are usually done after you already have relationship with her for some times. Giving a couple ring to a girl that you never talked to is really not a good idea, feel like it's too fast. So, my 1st question is did my plan really not good? Wrong gift? And I planned to give roses as well, probably white rose which means pure love(just love to be unique, don't feel like giving the typical red roses) but will give 1 rose only looks too...."poor-look"? And what number of rose is reasonable(and have some special meaning)?
