P1 Wimax for Laptop setup Internet Sharing

Broadband provider
ISP/package: P1 Wimax
Location: Klang
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: no, this is much technical

Personal equipment
Modem: P1 WIMAX USB Adapter
Router: -
Firewall used: Window defaults
OS : Window Vista
Devices Involved : Toshiba Laptop, IPAD, WIMAX USB Adapter, other devices with WIFI capabilities....

Problem details
I'm using Toshiba laptop with Window Vista which connected to Internet through P1 WIMAX. I can browse internet without problems on the laptop.

However, I'm interested to setup ad-hoc network to allow the laptop to share internet connection over WIFI. The devices that would connect to this network would be IPAD and Blackberry phones.

And so, I setup the ad-hoc network with Network and Sharing Center wizard, setting the authentication to none (for testing). On the WIMAX adapter, I tick on Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s Internet connection. Guess this is all the basic configuration i need to done.

SSID: hairdo
Authentication: none

I search the network and connect it successfully with IPAD, yet when I suft net with Safari, it said no internet connection.
I try search the network with Blackberry phone but it cant scan the network.
Since, this is NOT A WINDOW 7 laptop, CONNECTIFY WONT WORK.

Will it be configurations for the WIMAX adapter problem? Or the laptop wireless adapter card ? and any other possible cause?

Any suggestions for these problems are deeply appreciated...

Thank you so much

Hi everyone, recently i encountered problem on booting up the pc
I bought this pc at Cycom during August this year and now it having booting problem

My spec is as below:

Intel Quad q6600
Asus P5k SE EPU intel p35 chipset
Team elite 2gb 800 mhz x 2
WD 320gb sataII HDD
Sapphire toxic hd4850 512 mb dd3 pci-e
silverstone strider 500watt power supply
Cooler master casing rc 600

Sometimes, i cannot boot up my pc when i press the power button on the casing

When i pressed the power button on the casing, i heard the hardware running sounds in the casing, my cd-rom working as well but it just dont boot up, no bios & no loading..
I can eject the drive of cd-rom but however, the pc is not giving any reaction when the power button or restart button pressed

I notice there are 2 LED light at the casing, 1 is red with cylinder icon and 1 is blue with lightning icon
If the pc unable to boot up, the red LED continuous light on...

I cannot do anything unless turn off the power source and then turn on again , try pressing the power button again to boot up..... Upon few trying, the pc FINALLY can boot up. Sometime, if the gap between turn on and off power source too fast, the pc even not giving any respond.

I really get frustrated every time doing this to turn on the pc, but sometimes i have to shutdown my pc during raining day.

Anyone have ideas on what happen to the pc? Is it the motherboard or power supply, or casing problem?
Kindly thx for your suggestions...
