QR code scanner and database

I want to make the something where I scan a QR code and the information from the scanned QR code will be stored in a database. From what I know QR code can be scanned using mobile app and a QR code scanner

For example, there are different building each with their own QR code scanner. An item each with their own QR code that contain item number. When a building scan the item it will stored the item number in the database along with what building it was scanned from (location). Every building use the same database so they can access it and know where the item was located.

Im hoping to get a clue or guidance on how to work this out as I have no clue nor knowledge where to start this and sorry for my broken english. I dont know if this will help or not but i do have basic knowledge in c++, java and sql query.

Cant use telephone

I have been using MaxisFibre almost 1 month already. 2 weeks ago already make report to maxis centre but they dont know how(wtf). Today i call maxis hotline then they say need to use rj11 cable insert to router and phone but i can only hear beep sound when try to use it. I check telephone setting(picture) both registered and call status are in gray colour instead of green. Why no "Maxpert" come and fix this??

MaxisHome 30Mbps lite is it good?

Im using streamyx 1Mbps right now and thinking if it good if i change to maxishome 30Mbps lite. Can any maxis user share with me ur experience. I usually see unifi user complain in facebook about their slow speed, high ping etc but didnt see much about maxis home beside unifi 30Mbps also cost more so really need help here. What kind of router will they give? is it good or just a cheap one?
